This class is a medium impact workout to burn fat & tone up your entire body. We use a combination of toning exercises designed to target all muscle groups. Using weights, mats and fitness balls, this class offers a strengthening session that will increase your muscle tone and make you stronger all over in 50 minutes.
Class starts with a warm up followed by exercises to tone all parts of your body and always finishes with a stretch.
